We are flying with Norwegian!

I was so pumped on our flight to Florida. I had been told that Norwegian´s Dreamliner should be a really good airplane. But I´m sorry to say I was really dissapointed. And not only was I dissapointed about the plane, I was so dissapointed about how the service before our flight was. 

We booked our trip a few months before we should go. When it was about 8 weeks left until our trip where supposed to start we got a text message that told us thatour flight been cancelled because of sme engine problems. instead we got automatic re-booked to some other plane by a company we never heard of. The plane was really bad standard, it didn´t even have movies to watch during the flight (10 hour flight). So we called Norwegian and after a long talk we got one option, to go we a flight 1 day earlier and first fly to Norway and make a stop there. So we took an extra day off from work and went with that deal and thought that now the problems are solved....

So the week passed by, and then the day before we are supposed to fly, around lunchtime, when we are at work, we get a new text message that tells us that our flight tomorrow are cancelled and we are offered to fly today instead. TODAY! In only 5 hours the plane will leave and we are at work, at least 1,5 hour away, we had not packed and we had like 4-5 hours left to work. I´m so blessed to have the best work place in the world that let me go earlier. We rushed home and packed as quick as we could and then rushed to the airport. And yes, we made it! It was pretty much on the second, but we made it!

I´ve been flying with Norweigan before and I never had a bad experience, but this time I have to say that I was really dissapointed. I´m not a person who like´s to complain but I still think it´s important to be honest...
